About the GPX Skate Park and Entertainment Center:
The GPX Skate Park and Entertainment Center is on the grounds of Lone Star Park, the horse racing facility. Parents can take their kids to the skate park separate from the race park, but many visitors to the race park convince their children to tag along by virtue of the skate park.

In-line skating, skateboarding and even biking are the activities you'll find at GPX Skate Park. It has both indoor and outdoor components, and courses for beginners, intermediate and advanced. There's also a world-class vert ramp and an indoor hockey rink.

Hours vary according to season, and prices vary according to activity (different fees for bikers and skateboarders, for example). The park has safety gear for rent, including knee pads, elbow pads and helmets (safety gear is required).
