About: Affectionately known as "Mo Willie" by locals, Morris Williams Golf Course features small, contoured greens and rolling terrain. Many Austin golfers consider this the most challenging of Austin's municipal courses. Morris Williams Golf Course served for many years as the home of the University of Texas golf teams under legendary coaches Harvey Penick and George Hannon. Those teams included Tom Kite and Ben Crenshaw, plus the man whom for whom the course is named.
