About: Fort Worth's Pecan Valley Golf Course, a 36-hole complex today, was originally a 27-hole track when it opened in 1963. Nine holes were added in 1982, and those nine plus nine more make up the Hills Course. The Hills Course and the River Course are separated by the Clear Fork of the Trinity River. The Hills Course is slightly shorter than the River Course. Hundreds of tree have been planted around the Hills Course and should tighten the track as they mature.
