About: Pecan Lakes Golf Club was once named by a Texas golf publication one of the "top 5 best-kept secrets" in the state. The Pecan Lakes Golf Club layout features plenty of holes with few or no trees but plenty of water on either side of the fairway. In fact, water comes into play on all but one hole. Most of those treeless holes are on the back nine; the front is more of a parkland style. The par-72 track tips out at just over 6,900 yards.
