About: The par-72 SilverHorn Golf Club of Texas is so-named because it was modeled after another SilverHorn built by the same management and design team in Oklahoma. SilverHorn's designer, by the way, also worked with PGA Tour veterans Scott Verplank and Willie Wood in creating San Antonio's SilverHorn. This par-72 track plays through tree-lined fairways - some of the them tight - and across rocky creekbeds. There are a few short par-4s that offer risk-reward options, and some holes requires precise placements off the tee.
